same problem Neither USB works (C nor A) The USB ports in the back do work. I use the front for CarPlay Could this be a software update issue?

It could be a Software update issue for the radio not your phone. What trim do you have? SR or SV?

I have the E Power Platinum, in Mexico, not sure if it’s offered in the US
But the ports started working again after like an hour of the car being off. I did try shutting it off, getting out, locking the doors, and starting it back up again, but that didn’t work. Well, hopefully the issue doesn’t present itself again. I’ll post here if it does
