Here's a little herky jerky quirky bit of randomness from my less-than-one-year-old 2020 Nissan Kicks: The passenger side airbag has a shutoff switch, ya know? That yellow glow-y think at above and to the right of the instrument panel? I have that sucker disabled. And I have noticed over the less-than-one-year of owning my brand new car, the air bag is looking like it ate way too many pieces of apple pie over 4th of July. It's almost splitting its seams. Should it be doing that? Probably not, but it's likely due to me having asked questions about the air bag sensors that are dragging the floor! Karmic retribution! Or perhaps ... is the dashboard so thin that in cases of extreme ambient heat, the airbag maybe kinda wants to throw up a little?
