Upgrading radio from S to SV with CarPlay

I purchased a used SV radio. Took apart the dash and went to plug up. Everything fell into place mostly. Except for what I’m pretty sure is the antenna. It didn’t connect up. Started vehicle. USB works. Connects up. Got CarPlay! Amazing right? The overhead bluetooth mic does not. Back up camera...
